What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 pairs — one team or one small test run is a normal order — with bulk tiers as quantities grow.

How fast will my flip-flops arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished pairs ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a season or event date is fixed.

Why does the toe post pull out?

Because it was glued into a blind hole instead of pulled all the way through the sole and heat-flared underneath. A flared post is anchored mechanically and cannot fail that way. Turn any sample over — you can see which one you are holding.

Is a thicker footbed better?

Not by itself. EVA takes a compression set, so a thick low-density foam flattens permanently within a season while a thinner denser one keeps its shape. Ask for the density; thickness is the number that photographs well.

Will one artwork fit every size?

Not if it is laid out once. Strap length changes with the size, so a design set for a large pair runs off the ends of a small one. We lay it out per size and proof the smallest and the largest.

Are these good for walking?

For short distances on smooth ground, yes. For real walking, no — a flip-flop has no heel retention, so the foot grips with the toes to keep it on. That is true of every flip-flop, ours included, and we would rather say so.

What is the difference between a flip-flop and a slide?

A slide has a wide band and no toe post, which removes the main failure and makes it faster to put on. Hotels and spas usually want slides; festivals and retail usually want flip-flops.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team opens it out for the process. Fine detail closes up in foam and on a narrow strap, so most marks need simplifying rather than scaling.
